墻柱面采用濕掛、濕貼施工及樓地面鋪貼時(shí),為保證工程質(zhì)量,建議使用市場(chǎng)上質(zhì)量?jī)?yōu)質(zhì)的粘結(jié)劑（石英石專用膠）鋪貼。

科學(xué)布置接縫 SCIENTIFICALLYARRANGED JOINT

石英石用于樓地面鋪貼時(shí),板材之間要預(yù)留大約2mm的接縫,以利于水泥砂漿中的水分蒸發(fā)、抵消膨脹應(yīng)力。大面積鋪裝時(shí),縱橫每5m需設(shè)8mm的伸縮縫,以防地面及結(jié)構(gòu)之膨脹、收縮導(dǎo)致石材凸起或破裂。

石英石應(yīng)避免滾摔、碰撞造成板材存的暗裂和損傷。室外堆放時(shí),時(shí)間不宜過長(zhǎng),冬季施工應(yīng)采用巖棉被對(duì)石英石進(jìn)行覆蓋,石英石鋪貼安裝前提前2小時(shí)搬入室內(nèi)解融。雨季施工應(yīng)蓋上防水布以防雨淋濕。

石英石用于樓地面鋪貼且采用邊找平邊鋪貼的施工工藝時(shí),需養(yǎng)護(hù)48小時(shí)以上,2-3天內(nèi)不能上人及堆放物品,3-5天后方能收縫。
